3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account, except as necessary to comply with legal obligations or enforce these Terms.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs (transcripts, summaries, analysis) created from Your Content are provided to you for your use. You own the rights to use such outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered through various subscription plans. Subscription fees, features, and limitations are specified on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

7.2 Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and authorizing charges.

10. Termination
